These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Deal It mobile application operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] ("Deal It", "we", "us"). By using the App you accept these Terms.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid Qatari mobile number to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.

2. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the selected items. Merchants may accept or decline. Prices are shown in Qatari Riyals (QAR). Cash on delivery and loyalty-wallet payment are supported; availability may vary by merchant.

3. Loyalty programme

Points are earned on eligible orders at a rate that depends on your tier and fulfilment choice.
Points may be redeemed toward orders at the rate shown in the App (currently 100 points = 1 QAR). Redemption value has no cash equivalent and cannot be withdrawn.
Points awarded for an order are reversed if the order is cancelled. We may adjust balances to correct errors or abuse.
Promotions such as the daily spin and referral bonuses are subject to limits and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

4. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on the order status and the merchant's policy. Where an order is cancelled, any points earned are revoked and any points redeemed are returned to your balance. See our full Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to manipulate points, tiers, or promotions, interfering with our systems, or using the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The App, its content, and the Deal It brand are owned by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] and protected by law. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may delete your account at any time from the App. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
